This is the second year we are hosting a mulch fundraiser through Silver Creek Materials, and we are beyond excited! Delivery is available ONLY within the Azle ISD attendance zones. For orders outside this zone, pickup will be required. Thank you for supporting Azle Bands! Orders will be delivered on Saturday, April 4, starting at 9:00 A.M.
Use Azle ISD’s Attendance Zone Lookup Tool to verify whether your address qualifies for delivery. Simply enter your location to determine if you are within the Azle ISD attendance zone.
Pickup and Delivery Information
Orders will be available for pickup on Saturday, April 4, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Azle High School, in the band parking lot. Please refer to the image below for detailed instructions. This location will also serve as the base for all deliveries.
Your mulch purchase helps fund various band activities and needs, such as:
Masterclasses
Scholarships
Band Clinicians
Supplies
Out of State Travel
Financial assistance for private lessons

Pickup and Delivery Location
To pick up your mulch order, please visit the band practice/parking lot located at the front of Azle High School. This area is also the designated location for our delivery service operations.
For your convenience, clear signage will be in place to guide you. If you have any questions or need assistance upon arrival, volunteers will be available on-site to help.
Delivery Policy
To qualify for delivery (which is FREE), a minimum order of ten (10) bags is required. Orders with 9 bags or less must be picked up. Delivery is only available within the Azle ISD attendance zone. Please note that shipping services are not offered at this time. For more details, refer to the zoning map.

Alternative Payment Methods
If you prefer to pay with cash or check, please print and complete the required form and submit it along with your payment. Payments should be delivered to the Azle High School front office.
